Dorito Taco Salad

One of my all time favorite recipes - So simple, delicious and always a crowd pleaser!
1 head of lettuce
1 tomato; diced
1 cup grated cheese
1 onion; cut into rings
Large bag of Doritos (I suggest Zesty flavour)
1lb hamburger; cooked and drained
Package taco seasoning
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup sugar
Set aside 1 tbsp of taco seasoning. Mix the text into crumbled hamburger while it's warm. Set aside and cool. Mix together mayonnaise, sugar and remaining taco seasoning. In a large bowl add lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cheese. Combine dressing into cooled hamburger and mix with salad mixture. Crumble Doritos on top just before you serve :)

National Cocktail Day

Today is National Cocktail Day and I would like to share with you the recipe of my favorite cocktail:
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour chocolate syrup around the inside of a tall glass and pour slowly pour in mudslide. Drizzle with chocolate syrup!
